JOHNSON CITY, TN – Mooney’s Pharmacy of Johnson City welcomes Pharmacist Chris Lopez to the team. The new pharmacist is an East Tennessee native and is passionate about serving patients at the independent pharmacy located at 1107 N Roan Street in Johnson City, TN.
Chris Lopez, PharmD grew up in Morristown, TN where he graduated from Morristown-Hamblen High School East in 2007. Upon graduation he moved to Johnson City to pursue his childhood dream of becoming a local pharmacist. After graduating from ETSU College of Pharmacy in 2014 Summa Cum Laude, he began his career and met his wife Sidney Fail Lopez. Chris worked at Corley's Pharmacy in Greeneville and then CVS in the Johnson City area for several years before coming to Mooney's, where he believes he can utilize his clinical and pharmaceutical industry knowledge to help his own local community.
